we are able to acquire parts for almost any watch. In most cases it does not matter
what the brand name of your watch is, as most watches can be repaired using standard
parts. Since we have been repairing such a wide variety of watches over the years,
we have acquired the skill to repair watches in just about any kind of condition.
We are capable of most levels of repair from just getting your watch running,
to replacing all the worn out parts, to making most parts if they are not available.
In other words repair of your watch is dependent on how much you are willing to
spend.

We
provide free estimates, but we do need to see your watch and to examine it
in detail to prepare an estimate. Please bring your watch to us during business
hours if you are in the METRO ORLANDO, FLORIDA area, otherwise ship it to
us for an estimate. See below for more information on shipping your watch
to our shop. Although having said that we really need to see your watch, please
feel free to call or e-mail us for suggestions. We might have an opinion whether
or not it is worth repairing for your specific situation. Our repairs are
prompt and professional. After servicing your timepiece, it is held for several
more days to ensure its proper operation. We guarantee our watch repairs for
six months (less costs of shipping). This warranty covers defects or breakage
from normal operation only. This does not include damage that may occur during
shipping or as a result of physical abuse. Whether it is a wrist watch or
pocket watch, we know what makes' em tick! :-) We require checks or cash for
payment.

Wrap and pack it well, in a double box if possible, with plenty of newspaper or bubble pack surrounding the inner box. Please do not send the original gift box because we cannot guarantee its safe return. Enclose a letter with your name and contact information and a brief description of the work you want done.

Return
shipping and insurance will be the customer's obligation even if you choose
not to repair your timepiece,
